How it fits
Between Visits gives people something useful to do in the moment while keeping the limits of software visible.
Name what is happening without turning a difficult moment into a diagnosis.
Use a coping exercise, meditation, or AI conversation that matches the moment.
Bring persistent concerns, worsening symptoms, and treatment questions back to human care.
The boundary stays visible
Between Visits is not therapy, diagnosis, medication management, clinical monitoring, or an emergency service. No clinician watches your conversations or check-ins. Human follow-up is highly recommended when symptoms persist, worsen, impair functioning, or leave you uncertain about what to do next.
In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department when someone may act, cannot stay safe, or is in immediate danger.
Questions

No. It is an adjunctive self-management tool. Human follow-up is highly recommended for ongoing, worsening, or functionally impairing symptoms.
